Today’s Scripture: Luke 2:27 NIV- Moved by the Spirit, he went into the temple courts. When the parents brought in the child Jesus to do for him what the custom of the Law required
I have written about this scripture many times because I just love the faith and trust I find in the moving of the Spirit. When we are moved by the Spirit we are in the right place. Following the Spirit and God’s Law puts us in the perfect place.
Holy Spirit I am asking You to move me. Have me be where the Spirit of God wants me to be. I am thankful that even in my running away, in my rebellion, You have had me run to just the right place.
God use Your Spirit, Your law, Your servants and Your supernatural power to move me where I am to be. Please move me to seek Your will. Move me to the right relationships to serve Your purposes. Thank You for using Your Spirit and Your Law to bring me here. I am going now where You lead.
Please grant me the discernment to hear You clearly and the wisdom and courage to move.
Why has the Spirit moved you to this very place today? Have you asked Him to move you?
Today’s Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for loving me and caring for me. Thank You for Your assurance and your provision. Thank You for having me here. Open my spirit to know where Your Holy Spirit is moving me. Help me to do Your Law and to devoutly follow You. Amen.
