Today’s Scripture: from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love. Ephesians 4:16 ESV
We already have what it takes. We are equipped to do our part for the one body. Although this world and our flesh tries to tell us we are some how insufficient, we are ready now. We have the words right now to build someone up.
Ephesians 4:28 promises we have something to share with anyone in need. Yes we are maturing into the fullness of Christ but wherever we are in our growth we have something to share.
Christ has already equipped us for our part, and when we work our part properly, the whole body of Christ will be built in love. We can tell the truth to our neighbors that we are all part of the one body; a body of love that needs each of us to be our part.
Will you be confident that Christ has already equipped you and gifted you to show His love today?
Today’s Prayer: Father God, thank You for the gifts of Christ. Thank You for equipping me to do Your work of love in Your body. I find boldness in knowing it is You who has equipped me. I trust in Your Spirit to guide me and to provide the love I am to give to others. Amen

Christian Affirmations 4 Life
Well this one really hit home this morning Tom. With all of the chaos in our lives right now it is easy to respond in anger or frustration and not with love as our Father would have us do. Thank you for the affirmation that my Father has given me the tools to face anything so long as I am fully relying on Him!
Amen Sharon! When we can learn to rely and trust in the Spirit of God and know He has already equipped us and is in us to deal with all frustrations the world and the evil one have to tempt us with. We are Spirit and as we learn to live in this Spirit we come to know the fullness of God and the simplicity of God. Thanks for responding. Good to know you are fed as I am by the treasures and promises in God’s Word. Blessings and peace!
Lovely prayer..
Thank you Desiray, love praying with you! Blessings as you continue to do your part in the boldness of His promises!
This is great, Tom. I was listening to a message yesterday about how we must not wait until we “have it all together”, to pray for others. Rather, to pray in faith–for it is not our own strength and gifts, but HIS to supply. God bless you so much–love, sis Caddo
Thank you sis! Yes we can go boldly and expectantly because He has already equipped us! Blessings!
This was so good, Tom and encouraging! Just to know that He equips us right now, right where we are at. We don’t have to wait .. .get degrees or be certified. 🙂 God bless you and yours. Thank you for building us up each day!
Thank you Deb, yest it is encouraging and gives us the boldness to act knowing He has already equipped us for what we are to do today. Blessings and thanksgivings to you!
Thank you so much for this affirmation and ALL the others. I ran across them looking for a daily prayer about a month ago and ran across this site. I have since been sharing it with a co-worker who I have formed a convent with. I share a affirmation with her every day and she sharing a different scripture with me. It helps us to keep our heads and minds elevated and grounded in God. Thank you so much.
Charlotte, thank you so much for warming my heart with the confirmation of why the LORD places these affirmations upon my heart! I am praying now for you and your friend as you write His words upon your hearts. I appreciate your visits and your time to grant me such a kind comment. To Him be the glory forever and ever. Many blessings to you:) Sorry I missed today as my study carried into my work life…you have motivated me to go back to where He had me this morning, I realize missing a day does matter. I hope when I miss you can find one in archives that will speak to your heart too.
