Today’s Scripture: 1 John 4:12 ESV – No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us.
We are not perfect. No news flash is it? However, in us God’s love is perfected. In us we can come to show His love and testify that it must be His love in us that allows us to love others.
It is not always easy to love others, is it? We come to realize that we must trust God’s love with some people and some situations. When we confess we do not possess love without God it is then that we can testify of God’s love.
It is beyond us while being within us to allow God’s love to rule. Because He first loved us we can love all others. We know we don’t have it within us without God. It is here in that confession and trust that we come to know God’s love. His perfect love and it is perfected by us showing His love towards all others.

Today’s Prayer: Father God, thank You for Your love and for Your Son Jesus Christ. You sent Jesus in the flesh to teach us Your love. Live in me LORD, love in me Heavenly Father. Use me to perfect Your love. I confess Jesus Christ and confess Your love. Reveal Your love through me as I show more or You and less of me. Amen
