Today’s Scripture: Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. Matthew 10:39 ESV
Matthew 10 will not leave me alone. We are told that the Kingdom of Heaven has already come to us. Will we live there?
Do we have to understand Heaven to live there now? As I prayed this morning, Our Father who art in Heaven I knew I could not conceive Heaven. Yet, here in Matthew 10 Jesus tells us that the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.
Can we trust in what we can not conceive? Have you experienced the Spiritual realm that you can not explain? Can you deny its presence although you may not understand?
There are a lot of questions yet the Kingdom of Heaven has been given to us and we can choose to live there. We must trust Heaven over man and His understanding. True peace is found in Heaven, in the Kingdom of God that has already come.
Will you choose to live in Heaven today?
Today’s Prayer: Our Father in Heaven, hallowed is thy name. You are above this world yet in it and in us. LORD, help me to follow Jesus and to live in the wisdom and innocence of Heaven. I only fear You LORD and I have chosen to dwell in Your Heaven over the understanding and will of man. Please help me to live there. Amen
