Today’s Scripture: And behold, some people brought to him a paralytic, lying on a bed. And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Take heart, my son; your sins are forgiven.” Matthew 9:2 ESV
Jesus saw “their” faith. Are you as thankful as I am that our walk with Jesus has been supported by others? When we have run low on faith there have been others that knew Jesus was our answer.
As I was glorifying God this morning by recalling His word the Holy Spirit impressed upon me the faith that great characters of the scriptures had lived with. Thus today’s affirmation was born; I live faith.
Oh how impatient I am to truly live faith. So weak and fearful I can be at times. Holding on to what I have like these things are what save me. It is faith in Jesus that saves us. Our faith can save us and I pray we live in this faith. The Good News is that until we can live there the faith of others can carry our paralyzed selves to Him.
Do you really want to live faith?
Today’s Prayer: Father God, thank You for Jesus. Thank You for the example His life has given to us. As our faith grows You have provided others to carry our paralyzed bodies to You. LORD, I am going in faith and pray to You to live there. I am thankful for the faith that You and others have had for me. I want to live faith. Amen

Amen Joseph, we have indeed been carried by others and many if not most times we were blind to it; weren’t we? Blessings and faith.
That is so true.
Not sure how I missed this, but I too am grateful for the support of believing friends when my faith falls short and I feel weak. God bless you abundantly, brother Tom.
