The LORD is holding me in His hand

Today’s Scripture: Isaiah 62:3 NLT: The LORD will hold you in his hand for all to see–a splendid crown in the hand of God.

 

I find it strange that there is so much comfort found in something I cannot comprehend. I cannot fathom the hand of God and yet somehow I believe, feel and know I am held in it

 

Isaiah 61 and 62 are full of reminders of how blessed we are and how we can rejoice in the portion God has given us. We can rejoice because God rejoices and delights in us, His children. My soul rejoices in my God and just as stated in Isaiah 62:1, I WILL NOT KEEP SILENT. I must share this joy.

 

I pray to share this thing I cannot understand with those who need it. The warmth and strength of His hand; the everlasting joy He has blessed us with. Forget understanding and just seek Him and if you haven’t experienced it yet, you will.

Today’s Prayer: Father God, thank You for holding me in Your hand. I praise You and rejoice in You. LORD help me to speak to whoever it is You desire. Use me LORD to love and speak with those seeking to know Your joy. Teach me the steps to joy that You desire for me to share. LORD, I am praying for Your people. Amen
