Today’s Scripture: But Samuel said, “How can I go? Saul will hear about it and kill me.” The LORD said, “Take a heifer with you and say, ‘I have come to sacrifice to the LORD.’ 1 Samuel 16:2 NIV
Do you believe the LORD is preparing you and will tell you how to go? I believe He is.
The LORD urged me to come to Samuel and I am finding encouragement, confidence and boldness. I find encouragement in knowing the LORD will direct me just as He did Samuel. I feel confident knowing God is orchestrating His plan. I am coming to know boldness.
Have you asked God how? In 1 Samuel 16:1 the LORD told Samuel to prepare his horn with oil and go. Some of us are preparing and some are going but rest assured God is preparing and equipping each of us for the way to fulfill His will. The LORD will tell us how and will bring us together with those hearts that will help us fulfill His will.
LORD, how can I go? I trust You LORD for the words to say and the actions to take. I am on Your way.
Today’s Prayer: LORD, I trust You. I praise You for who You are and I seek to know Your will and trust You for the power and direction to carry it out. How can I go LORD? Open my spirit to the hearts of those You intend to join with me to complete Your will. Prepare me and show me how to go. Amen
