Today’s Scripture: And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting! Psalm 139:24 ESV
How strong is your desire to be led by God? Have you really thought about it? What or who will lead you today?
I thought I had worn Psalm 139 out. Currently I am preparing to teach a lesson on Spiritual Inventory in Celebrate Recovery and lesson ten and eleven keep me riveted on Psalm 139:23-24. Not only can I feel David’s soul but my soul knows God.
Although David begins the chapter stating that he knows that God searches him and knows him, he ends the chapter ASKING God to search him, know him and to lead him. Our soul, made by God, knows Him. Our minds can’t really know Him, yet we try to find Him there.
When you see the light of God, is it with your eyes or your soul? LORD, search my soul and lead me.
Have you asked God to search and know your heart and to lead you?
Today’s Prayer: Father God, I know You have searched and known my heart. You formed by soul and my days. Forgive me LORD for when I turn away and are led by my flesh and this world. Lead me O God in Your way; the way everlasting. Amen

Amen Julie, may we hear Him clearly and be devoted to trusting and doing as He directs. Blessings and following.
Thanks Tom! I have been begging God to lead me for a while now…just waiting on what HE wants me to do. Blessings to you!
Thank you Katy! I am 100% sure He is leading you. He is making your way and your heart clear to follow after His heart. He has prepared the way and will answer your begging in His perfect timing. He knows the plans He has for you for sure. As we keep seeking Him first and asking for His leading we can live in His praise and rest in the peace that He is at work. Blessings and trust.
