Today’s Scripture: Strengthen the weak hands, and make firm the feeble knees. Isaiah 35:3 ESV
Have you ever felt weak and feeble? Do you ever have anxiety? In 35:4 Isaiah says: Say to those who have an anxious heart, “Be strong; fear not! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God. He will come and save you.”
Our God has promised to come and save us; have no fear.
As you steady my knees Father please lead me down the highway of holiness you promise in Isaiah 35:8. You promise that even a fool like me can walk this road and not be led astray. This I hang on to today. Strengthen me LORD, steady me and lead in me in Your way.
Will you trust God and pause at the next onset of worry, anxiety and fear and ask God to strengthen and steady you?
Today’s Prayer: Almighty God, You are my God. I give You my fears and anxieties and trust You to save me. Open my eyes and ears mighty God. Help me to see and hear you clearly and to trust in your power. May I see that all my strength is in You. Amen

Thanks Tom. I needed to hear again that it’s His strength I need, not more of my own. God bless you!
Cindy says
God strengthens me. Amen.
I am grateful for the prayers Tom. We are, well, honestly, relying on the prayers of others!
Both of my parents are now on hospice, but thankfully, still here with us, at home. Dementia is a cruel, cruel disease, and it has been a long and difficult road, but God does indeed strengthen me and I praise Him for that. He is so faithful, so loving, and so comforting.. He brought me to Hebrews 13:5 not once but twice today…thought I’d share it here. “…for He [God] [b]Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor [c]give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [d][I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor [e]let [you] down ([f]relax My hold on you)! [[g]Assuredly not!]”(AMP). Is that a WORD of comfort or what?
Here is another song entitled, “Cast My Cares”. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSJZoEoVPy4
I thought it was a good accompaniment to your affirmation. (You might remember Tim Timmons from his song, “Starts With Me” about revival.
“The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.”’ Numbers 6:24-26

God bless you Cindy and THANK YOU for sharing Hebrews 13:5 and this wonderful song with us. How comforting it is to know that God is with us. Not in any way, any degree is He not here with us. Let us cast all our cares upon His love for us and yes it is here He gives us peace. Our love and our cares are with You in this place with God. Blessings and strength in His keeping.
