Today’s Scripture: But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, Ephesians 2:4 ESV
Isn’t it amazing how life can make us forget to say GOD LOVES ME? Whether we are in the midst of abundant blessings or heavy loads I pray we can remember the bottom line that God loves us, me and you.
Ephesians 2 is so filled with powerful messages. We can claim the abundance God has for us and remember all of His promises and gifts. All are because He love us.
God shows us the immeasurable riches of His grace in these verses. The gifts God has given us in Jesus and the Holy Spirit. With them we have grace, hope and peace and the knowledge He will raise us above the lusts of our bodies and minds to live for Him. Why? He loves us.
Can you thank God for loving you today?
Today’s Prayer: Father God, thank You for loving me. Thank You for Jesus and the Holy Spirit who give me access to You. I know You alone can raise me above my mind and body. Help me to live for the body of Christ instead of in my flesh. I live and hope in You and thank You for living in me. Amen

We are all crazy aren’t we to forget?! Our flesh can turn to flesh so quickly! May we pray that we can stay in the Spirit and reminded of God’s love for us more and more! Blessings!

So funny how the Spirit works…just yesterday you came across my mind and I wondered if I should reach out to you to see how you were doing in the land of the giants!:) I am thankful you responded with such power and love for Abba, our father. I know you are well. I am glad to know you are still with me:) Blessings.
Holy Spirit IS amazing. I remain in battle with a few giants Tom. But I know that this battle belongs to the LORD, Jehovah Nissi. My armor of God is battered and dented yet is, nonetheless, intact. And the daily, sometimes hourly, use of my Sword of the Spirit has strengthened me…although I don’t always “feel” that way. I walk by faith and not by sight… OR feeling:)! There have been days I have fallen, and others found me given up or in, but I thank God His mercies are new EVERY morning. I am also grateful for the many soldier angels He has sent to minister to me on the battlefield, which of course includes Affirmations of God. I thank you for your prayers Tom. Thank you Cindy for the update and I do pray for you too. The Word of God is certainly written in your heart. You always respond with God’s words that you have entrusted deeply into your heart. This will serve you well and protect you in the land of the Giants. God’s great love is seen in this.
