Today’s Scripture: So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless. 1 Corinthians 15:58 NLT
Paul is sharing the proof to the Corinthians and to us of the raising from the dead of Jesus Christ. He speaks of the witnesses who had seen the risen Lord. He is emphasizing the life giving nature of God.
Paul shared that he was willing to risk everything, even death, to share this gospel, this good news, of Jesus Christ but that He also knew that it was God working through him and not his own strength.
When we give away the life, death and resurrection of Christ that has been given to us we find life and God’s strength. When we belong to Christ we have a new life just as we are told in verse 22. May we be enthusiastic and steadfast in sharing the good news that Christ died for all of us.

Today’s Prayer: Father God, I thank You for Your Son Jesus and for His gospel. LORD, in You I find life. In sharing Your Gospel and Your love I live life to the full. I am alive in You Lord and I pray You use me and I pray for Your strength and Spirit to help me give all I have for You; enthusiastically. Amen
