Today’s Scripture: Ezekiel 18:21 ESV- But if a wicked person turns away from all his sins that he has committed and keeps all my statutes and does what is just and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die..
This is a personal thing between each of us and God. Ezekiel 18 makes this clear that our souls belong to God and we can choose to turn to Him or away. We are promised that if we turn to God we will live.
Haven’t you found this to be true? When your heart and soul are turned towards God you feel alive? The flesh and burdens of this world can suck the life out of us. However, in the madness of today whenever we pause and turn away from this world and turn towards God we feel the stress and anxiety fall away.
The LORD desires that we all turn to Him. When turned to Him we go from merely existing to being fully alive. As Ezekiel 18:21 states we will surely live. A soul living with God is truly and surely alive.

Today’s Prayer: Almighty God, my soul is Yours. In You I find life. Thank You for loving me and desiring my soul. Thank You for the life You bring to me and for Your Spirit that springs forth. In You I find life and pray others come to know the life you give. Amen
