Today’s Scripture: “Come now, let us reason together, says the LORD: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool. Isaiah 1:18 ESV
Do you think you can reason with the LORD? Do you think the most important thing is to reason or simply to come to Him? Once again, I am consumed by His majesty and I want to speak of His glorious presence.
Although I am a wretched sinner God is teaching me His ways; coming to Isaiah today I have found God’s majesty. What if I had chosen not to come? Would the LORD be any less or would it just be me that would have missed His Glory.
When we come to Him, He teaches us, He reveals His path for us and He humbles us to show He will take our scarlet sins and make them white as snow.
Do you accept the LORD’s invitation to come to Him? I promise if you will come He will reveal Himself and teach you His ways.
Today’s Prayer: Almighty LORD thank You for Your Word and for Isaiah and those You have given Your vision. LORD I seek Your vision. I am in great need of Your vision and of Your cleansing. Thank You for nourishing me as I listen and pay attention to You. I know You are my master and I love You. Thank You for Your invitation and for revealing Yourself. Amen

I read this and started crying. I came to Him this morning, needing forgiveness and a cleansing and for Him to reveal something to me. He is just so worthy and faithful and amazing. He did all of that and more. God bless you, Tom, and thank you for letting us join you on this affirmation journey.
