Today’s Scripture: Luke 2:28 NIV- Simeon took him in his arms and praised God, saying:
Lately, God has been squeezing more out of scriptures for me. Scriptures I have visited before and even written on I am seeing new perspectives. The living Word of God is just that; a living and breathing document that speaks to us as He intends and as we need.
Just yesterday I was amazed and I am not sure why. This God thing is simply amazing and even though I have experienced the awe and perfect timing hundreds if not thousands of times in this Affirmation of God journey I can’t help but pause in praise.
I praise God for what I find in the Word and in my life when He moves me to this spot. Almost always NOT what I expected or was even looking for; just perfect and worthy of praise.
I had just gotten off the phone with my daughter discussing a move she was moving and trusting God in it. Now I am aware we are to praise God for what we will find in all of our moves.

Today’s Prayer: Thank You Father God for leading me to where I am to go. I am pausing now to praise You Father for what I have found. I praise You for Your Word and for Your Speaking to me through Your Word. I thank and praise You LORD for what I find in You in my life daily. I praise Your name. Amen
