Today’s Scripture: 2 Corinthians 3:12 ESV- Since we have such a hope,we are very bold,
Paul was trying to tell the Corinthians to look beyond their understanding of the law and to look towards the Spirit of God.
Boldness and hope are found in the Spirit of God. The glory of the Spirit of God far outshines our understanding of the law. My confidence and my boldness today are from the hope I have found in the Spirit of God and not in my understanding. Paul experienced it by walking and living with Jesus Christ. We experience it by walking and living with Jesus Christ as well.
Because of what we have received in our walks we are bold. If you are not bold in your hope or are even hopeless today I boldly encourage you to turn to the LORD and invite the light of God’s Spirit into your heart.
Will you turn to the LORD and be bold in your hope?
Today’s Prayer: Father God, thank You for your Spirit. Only through Your Son Jesus Christ has my veil been lifted. Because I can see You through Your Spirit I am bold to share this hope to others. Help me LORD to live boldly in Your Spirit and share with all others the hope and freedom found in Jesus Christ. Amen
