Today’s Scripture: For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen. Romans 11:36 NASB
How many times have we heard this scripture quoted? From Him, through Him and to Him are ALL THINGS. Today I came to realize my runaway appetite and my failure to return all things TO HIM is where I experience darkness.
I know all is FROM Him. I have come to know that He is in all things and THROUGH Him I experience His riches. What I am learning is that what flows back TO Him must include ALL things to experience the fullness of His glory.
When I run to or look to satisfy my flesh or find glory in this world I head to darkness. When I consider if all things I do are glorifying to Him, I see where I have looked away. LORD draw all of me to You.
Does this thing I am looking to bring You glory?
Today’s Prayer: Almighty God, thank You for creating all things and being in all things. I pray to bring You glory in all things. I trust You LORD and need You to draw me back when I turn away or yearn for things that do not bring You glory. I trust Your will and know even in my disobedience Your mercy and glory becomes known. Amen
