Today’s Scripture: The blessing of the LORD makes a person rich, and he adds no sorrow with it. Proverbs 10:22 NLT
The LORD’s blessings and the LORD’s riches are beyond measure. The blessings of thanksgiving are abundant and self producing.
The gratitude and thanks we give back to the LORD and share with others continue to heap blessings upon us. As we turn back to thank our provider, our sustainer and our LORD we find new blessings and new riches.
The riches of man are deceiving and fleeting while the riches and blessings of the LORD are enriching and eternal.
Have you returned thanks to the LORD for the blessings you have already received and found that when you turn back you find more of His riches?
What blessings can you thank the LORD for now right now?
Today’s Prayer: LORD God, thank You for Your blessings. I am wealthy in the riches You have given me. Thank You for this world You created and blessed us all with. Thank You for this flesh created for You. Thank You for Your Son Jesus who died for me. Thank You for Your Spirit that fills me. Thank You for Your Word that feeds me. In You LORD I am truly rich. Amen

AMEN! Thank you for that awesome prayer Tom! The greatest and most treasured blessing for which I am grateful beyond measure is every precious day I have with both of my parents. My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s just about a year ago. The other day, when I was curling her hair, I gave her a kiss on the cheek, and she looked right into my eyes, with such rare clarity, and said, “I know you love me!” What a blessing for me…from my mom who so rarely uses words to communicate with me anymore! I am SO thankful for the Lord’s faithfulness, presence and comfort to me, and mine. God bless you and yours continually Tom, Cindy
I am praising that God gave you this comfort too Cindy! I am fortunate to have my parents near me and am actually with them at the beach now. I grateful for this time as I know our time together is limited am I am thankful for the blessings we are now receiving. Truly rich with wealth beyond measure. Blessings and thankfulness!
