Today’s Scripture: But the angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. Matthew 28:5 ESV
Seeking Jesus brings many wonderful things. On that early morning two thousand years ago when these women in Matthew 28 went seeking Jesus could they have imagined what they would find?
First, they ran into an angel of God who spoke to them. Do you believe this will happen to you? These angels will guide us to Jesus too.
Equipped with our instructions we are filled with fear and great joy to run and tell others. Along our way to tell others, like these women, we WILL see Jesus and we can grab a hold of His feet and worship Him. With the assurance we have from Jesus we can assure others they too will see Him.
Jesus instructs us along our way and assures us that He is with us always.
Do you trust that seeking Jesus will bring miracles we can not imagine that will allow us to tell others? Seek and you will find.
Today’s Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for honoring our seeking. Thank You for the angels You place in our paths. LORD, give me the eyes and ears to recognize Your instructions and embolden me to run and tell others what I have seen and heard. LORD, thank You for being with me always. Amen
