Today’s Scripture: He sent out his word and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction. Psalm 107:20 ESV
Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress. Four times this verse is repeated in Psalm 107. Do you cry out to the LORD in your trouble? Have you experienced His deliverance?
I have found healing in the word of the LORD just as we are promised in 107:20. I will continue to find healing in His word. Trouble will come and He and His steadfast love will continue to deliver me.
More than crying out, this Psalm also states that we are to thank the LORD for His steadfast love at least five times. More than we cry out we should thank Him for His love. We can trust Him and His word. His word has been sent to us in written form, in the flesh and in His Spirit.
In Him I am healed and I thank Him, do you?
Today’s Prayer: LORD God, I thank You for Your steadfast love. Thank You for sending Your word to heal my afflictions. Thank You for the deliverance I have received and for the deliverance yet to come. I know You alone are my deliverer. Thank You for filling my hungry soul. I hunger for You and Your word. Amen

Hey Tom. I fully understand. I have been a little nuts these last months myself and have missed many many MANY days of reading the works of my brothers and sisters. I am still on limited reading time but am trying to get around as much as I can to see what everyone is doing.
