Today’s Scripture: Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of him who sent me and to accomplish his work. John 4:34 ESV
I have come to understand that God has given me all I need. God has proven to me that His Living Water does spring out as He promises. I have seen it; I believe it and I live it.
Energized and fed by the Word and Spirit of God I have just a splash of understanding of what Jesus was telling us here with the woman at the well. LORD I do ask for Your living water! LORD I do believe that what You give us springs out for all eternity.
Doing Your will LORD makes me come alive. This is where I witness Your living SPIRIT springing into the lives of others. Your Spirit has revealed the inadequacies of this world to quench any thirst or hunger.
I no longer believe because of what others have told me but I personally have experienced You and all I want to do is Your will and to accomplish Your work.
Have you asked Jesus for His living water? Are you energized by doing His will and accomplishing His work?
Today’s Prayer: LORD, please fill me with Your living water and may it spring out just as You promised and as You will. LORD, please feed me what You know I need and fuel me to accomplish Your work. LORD, I turn to You and seek Your Spirit for all that I need. I believe You and expect to complete Your will in me. Thank You Lord Jesus for Your living water. Amen.
