Today’s Scripture: Know that wisdom is such to your soul; if you find it, there will be a future, and your hope will not be cut off. Proverbs 24:27 ESV
God keeps watch over our souls and His Wisdom is sweet. The future is not typically a subject of affirmation as affirmation is stating the desired future now.
Yet, God’s Word, God’s experiences in us give us wisdom that assures a future. Accepting true knowledge and provision of God is hope.
Hope in today and in a future are found in God and it really is sweet to the soul. A place we arrive where we accept the frailty of our own strength and the strength of man. Our future and our hope is found in the LORD.
When we look to God and receive His instruction we find wisdom. When we desire to please God more than we are concerned with desires we find a future and hope.
Our future and our present are found in the LORD. Where are you looking for hope?
Today’s Prayer: Heavenly Father I trust you with today and tomorrow. Forgive me when I look for hope elsewhere. Your wisdom is sweet and Your strength is empowering. Gather Your advisers and counselors so we may encourage each other in Your plans for us. My soul is Yours LORD. Guide it in Your ways and into Your future. In You I place my hope. Amen
