Do you really think the evil one will attack you and steal your ability to do God’s work? Do you see your life’s story as a road block to doing what God is calling you to do? Is it possible that the evil one can use someone else to steal, kill and destroy your life’s work for God?
John 10:10 states “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” NASB When Satan does do this how will we stand? Will we endure the tests, the beatings and the persecution? Has this ever happened to you?
God has proven to me once again that He and His Word are perfect in their truth and their timing. What if I can never write this blog again because of “circumstances” meant to steal, kill and destroy my ministry? What will I do?
I will keep doing God’s work. I will keep serving the one who came to give me life and I will live it abundantly.
Today’s Prayer: Holy Father thank You for this abundant life. Thank You for being faithful. Thank You for giving me breath when life attempts to knock the wind out of me. Protect me from evil and use me to defeat evil. Guard my heart Lord and free me from the concerns of this life that may divide my interests. Protect me from evil and help me to be a godly influence. Amen

I look at it sort of like the romans 10 passage: “if I don’t, who will?” I am not one to protest or stand in a line, but I do believe I have been called to do God’s work, no matter the difficulty. Good word tom. keep standing.
I am praising God for these attacks from Satan. It confirms God has called me. For years I did not frighten Satan but now he knows I am God’s and I am being to equipped to allow the Holy Spirit and Jesus to rebuke and dismiss him from caplacent hearts. Painful and necessary for the Glory of God! Thank you for your prayers Bill. I appreciate them, really!

so true are brother Tom’s observation when he said “for years I know, I did not frighthened satan..” i myself was an addict before i came to know Jesus… though was raised in church, grew up as a pastors kid i was wayward.
now i know i am God’s servant, His property….
