Today’s Scripture: in hope of eternal life, which God, who never lies, promised before the ages began. Titus 1:2 ESV
When death comes calling what do you have? When the flesh is tormented by the pain and confusion of death where do you go?
We can go and find comfort, rest and hope in the promise of eternal life. This promise was given to us by God, who never lies. Our minds can not grasp death much like it can not grasp God but our spirits can know this hope.
When the fog of our flesh is pierced by the Spirit of God we can see and come to know this hope and find rest there. In God there is life, there is death and there is His eternal life and glory.
May we know this hope and share it with those enduring the pain of death. We are to be confident in God’s promise that as sure as there is death there is the surety of eternal life.

Today’s Prayer: Almighty God, thank You for Your promise of eternal life. Thank You for the peace, comfort and hope You have given us to know we will live eternally in the light of Your glory. Father, please grant your comfort and hope to those that are facing death or experiencing its wrath today. Please show me how to share Your hope. Amen
