Today’s Scripture: Psalm 146:1, KJV- “Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.”
We have the opportunity today and every day to provide a thanksgiving feast for our souls. With all that is in me, with all that I have, and for as long as I live, I am praising You LORD.
LORD, I am trusting You and know You alone can help to save me. You LORD, the God of Jacob, are my God. In You alone I place all my hope. As was declared in Psalm 146:6, I am also praising You as the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them— You alone are faithful forever.
Thank You for creating our souls to praise You. I am praising You LORD for holding us up, feeding us, and setting us free. Thank You for opening our eyes, lifting us up when we bow down to You, and for loving us. I praise You LORD for watching over us, providing relief for us, and for providing safety along our way.
You LORD will reign forever. I am praying Your Spirit fills my soul with praise always. Do you sing God’s praises with your soul?
Today’s Prayer: Heavenly Father, I praise You with all my soul. I remember who You are. You created all things; You created me and my soul for Your glory. Thank You LORD for loving me, protecting me, and showing me Your way. As You led Jacob and those before us You lead us. I praise You with all that I am and with all that I have forever. Open the eyes and ears of my soul to know and to show You praise. Amen.
