Today’s Scripture: 1 Corinthians 6:14, NIV- “By his power God raised the Lord from the dead, and he will raise us also.”
The same God who raised Jesus will also raise us up through His power. That is mind blowing to think the creator of all things thinks enough of us to raise us.
He will raise us up from anything. 1 Corinthians 6:11 NLT states: Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. Have you called on the name of Jesus and the Spirit of God?
If not, you can right now. Call out wherever you are. We are being raised up to be joined in spirit with God. You and I are being raised to welcome others into the body of Christ.
Jesus was raised to save us and we are raised to save others. Will you share the power of God that raised you so others too may be raised?
Today’s Prayer: Father God, thank You for Your Spirit that raised Jesus and me. I have been joined with You LORD and I am one spirit with You. Help me LORD to stay joined always and to share the Spirit of hope, power and grace You raised us with. I have been raised for Your glory and love. Thank You Holy Spirit for living in me. Use me to bring others into Your body. Amen
