Today’s Scripture: Isaiah 43:1, BSB-“Now this is what the LORD says—He who created you, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel: “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine!”
If we take God’s creation of us personally we take on a sense of responsibility. If God, Creator of the Universe, created me then what am I to do for Him? If I am His, shouldn’t I live for Him? Am I taking this too literal or am I literally unaware?
We are bolder and more passionate about being purposeful when we think that God created us for a purpose, His purpose. We have more confidence when we know we are His. We find courage in knowing that He is with us and will protect us as we pass through the fires of life.
I fear not because God is with me. These words are true. When I am serving as His witness I am living out the purposes I was created to live. I know the LORD is my Creator and my Savior.
Will you consider why God created you today?
Today’s Prayer: Thank You Father God for creating me. You are our Creator and Savior. Help me to look to You today and to see You in all things. Use me as Your witness LORD. You have redeemed me and saved me. You now spring out from my life experiences. Help me to live with and for You today LORD. I am declaring praise to You in the way I live. I am calling out to You, as my creator, to guide me to live out Your plan. I am calling out to You LORD and I am praising Your name as I thank You for creating me. Thank You for forgiving my sins and redeeming me to fulfill Your plan. Amen
