Thank you, God of Heaven, for giving me whatever is needed to do the tasks that are pleasing to You.

Today’s Scripture: Ezra 6:9, NKJV – “And whatever they need—young bulls, rams, and lambs for the burnt offerings of the God of heaven, wheat, salt, wine, and oil, according to the request of the priests who are in Jerusalem—let it be given them day by day without fail,”

God provides whatever we need, without fail, to offer up sacrifices that are pleasing to Him. He provides us the diligence and joy to complete His works according to His plans.

We can ask God to provide whatever and to prepare us for service today. We can thank God with a grateful heart for His provision. We can build lives and temples today to serve God’s purposes. God is providing our resources for building and for offering up to Him as our sacrifice.

Our hearts can rejoice and we can count on Him making us strong in His power. He is the fountain of life that cleanses us and has proven He can even change the attitudes of others towards us. When we seek His will and wish for things under His authority He provides whatever we need.

Today’s Prayer:  God of heaven, thank You for providing us with what we need to glorify You. I trust in You and I believe in Your Word. Help me to turn from the immoral customs of today to worship You. Give me Your strength, diligence and power to work with great energy and success to share Your love and mercy. I am praying that my works and sacrifices are offering up a sweet smelling aroma that pleases You today and every day. Thank You LORD for giving me whatever I need to complete Your tasks. Amen
