Today’s Scripture: Nehemiah 9:21, NLT- “For forty years you sustained them in the wilderness, and they lacked nothing. Their clothes did not wear out, and their feet did not swell!”
LORD God thank You for sustaining and providing for me even when I fail to recognize it is You. Although I am still wandering the wilderness because of my sins, I am lacking for nothing. Father God, sometimes I can see Your manna and somethings I take Your provision for granted. Thank You for keeping my heart beating, my cars, my air-conditioning and my life running.
Thank you for sending these birds and deer to my house. Thank You for providing me with a vocation I enjoy and customers to help our business grow. Thank You for the people You bring into and through my life. Thank You for the lessons I learn each day to help me live the life You have planned for me.
Thank You for providing me with a life filled good things and with great goodness.
Can you list things God provides to you so you lack for nothing today?
Today’s Prayer: Father God, thank You for Your provision and goodness to me. I lack for nothing in You God. My every breath, my sustenance, my daily bread all come from You. The many things I am not even aware of in my life that have not worn out, I thank You. Thank You for providing for me in my wilderness. Please forgive me for my lack of faith and my continually sinning in my flesh. I love You LORD, I thank You for all things and for assuring I lack for nothing so I may glorify You today. Amen
