Today’s Scripture: Luke 11:13, ESV- “If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”
In this same 11th chapter of Luke, the disciples asked Jesus how to pray and He gave them the model prayer. The Lord’s Prayer helps us to pray. Here we are told if we ask for the Holy Spirit our heavenly Father will give him to us.
When we receive the Holy Spirit and pray in this Spirit our prayers become supernatural. We can pray within our understanding but the Holy Spirit transforms our prayers. Jesus promised us the Helper so we would have the Father in us.
Father, thank You for giving me Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Holy Spirit for praying for me. I love You and thank You for hearing my cries day and night and for allowing me to silence my prayers to receive Yours.

Today’s Prayer: O Heavenly Father how I do praise Your name. LORD thank You for sending Your Son to show us the way. LORD thank You for answering our calls and teaching us to pray. Father, I ask You to give me Your Holy Spirit’s help to dwell with You always. In Jesus’ name I do pray to You and ask. Amen
