Today’s Scripture: Romans 8:35 ESV: Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?
Ok, sing along. Jesus loves me this I know for the bible tells me so… Do you now where in the bible it tells you so? One of the specific places is in Romans 8:35 we are told that NOTHING can separate us from His love. Yes, Jesus loves us.
Abba, Father thank you for Your promise to us in Romans 8:15: to adopt us as your sons and daughters. Our adoption makes us brothers and sisters of Christ. Brothers and heirs with Christ we are. Jesus loved us so much that He knew He had to die and leave us so the Holy Spirit would guide us forever.
The Holy Spirit reveals to us freedom and hope of God’s glory. So we set our minds on this Holy Spirit and we come to know Jesus’ love for us and we find His life and peace.
Can you look heavenly and thank Jesus for loving you?
Today’s Prayer: Abba Father! Thank You for Your love. Thank You for adopting me as Your child. Thank You for Your Son Jesus who loves me and for Your Spirit who lives in me. Thank You for giving me life and peace. I will face today knowing You love me and all will work for the good. I love you God and welcome Your Spirit and am thankful that the Spirit and Jesus know what I need and I cherish their prayers they are placing with you on my behalf today. Amen
