Today’s Scripture: Genesis 45:18, ESV- “So it was not you who sent me here, but God. He has made me a father to Pharaoh and lord of all his house and ruler over all the land of Egypt.”
Can you accept that God has sent you to right here, right now or do you carry regrets and blame?
Joseph had plenty of reasons to find bitterness and could have spent all of his time and energy blaming his brothers for throwing him in the pit. However, Joseph always feared God over man and his circumstances. Everyone that knew Joseph knew that God was with him.
Joseph chose to look to God in all things and give God glory in all things. We can do the same. Regardless of where we are and what we think brought us to where we are, it was God who sent us here.
Let us only fear God and give Him the glory and may we provide for and preserve the lives of others.
God has sent us to this land and He has given us treasures to share; do you trust God for where you are?
Today’s Prayer: Father God thank You for sending me here and for giving me Your treasures. I am trusting You God over my circumstances. I know You can use all circumstances, even if intended for evil, to bring me to a place to glorify You. I am staying with You Lord and I thank You for staying with me. LORD I pray You use me to provide for Your people and help to preserve their lives Thank You LORD for sending me here and for giving me Your treasures to revive the spirits of others in their own land. Amen
