Today’s Scripture: Psalm 149:4, NKJV- “For the LORD takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the humble with salvation.”
Do we desire to be God’s people? Can we humbly ask to be God’s? Reading that the LORD takes pleasure in His people in Psalm 149:4, I want Him to know me as one of His own. I want Him to know us as His people. I am praying that the LORD is our greatest desire so that He takes His pleasure in us.
He will beautify us with salvation. How beautiful is that? LORD, I am Yours. Please LORD consider us Your people. I trust Your will and pleasures over anything I can desire or understand. LORD I am humbly asking to be Yours.
Help me LORD to live as Yours. Help us LORD to live as Your people. Fill us with Your desires and pleasures LORD. Remove all other distractions. I believe You LORD are our Maker and our King of the old and new heaven and earth.
As Psalm 149:3 suggests, I am praising Your Name! I am singing to You LORD a new song among this assembly of Your people. We are praising You now LORD as Your people and welcoming the beauty of Your salvation.
Do you desire to be God’s?
Today’s Prayer: Almighty God, Maker of heaven and earth, we are praising You now. Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God. Our greatest desire Father God is to be the people of Your desires. Accept us LORD as Your very own so we are Your people, and You are our God. We are singing Your praises and welcoming the beauty of Your salvation. Makes us Yours. Amen, Hallelujah!
