Today’s Scripture: Psalm 9:10, NKJV- “And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, LORD, have not forsaken those who seek You.”
Thank You LORD for never forsaking or abandoning those who seek You. I am seeking You now. As the Psalm of David professes in Psalm 9:1, I am giving thanks to You, LORD, with all my heart and telling of all your wonderful deeds. I am thankful LORD that You do not forget our cries as promised in Psalm 9:12.
Thank You LORD for having mercy on us and for lifting us up. I am rejoicing in Your salvation. We confess that our nations have sunk into pits of our own making, and we have been caught in our own nets as Psalm 9:15 stated in the time of David.
While humankind continues to fall prey to the traps of the flesh, I am thankful for Your promise in Psalm 9:10 that You LORD never forsake those who seek You. I am seeking You now LORD and trusting in You and Your name. Let us never forget Your name.
LORD, I am thankful for the promise of David in Psalm 9:18 that You do not forget the needy and You keep the hopes of the afflicted alive. We confess that we are a needy and afflicted people LORD. In our needs and afflictions, we continue to seek You.
I am thankful LORD that You prevail over the failures of humankind. Nations continue to prove we are merely human. You LORD continue to prove that You are LORD of all. In You LORD shall we trust and seek today. You are our LORD, our keeper, and our hope.
Will you trust and seek the LORD today?
Today’s Prayer: Father God, I am trusting and seeking You now. Thank You LORD for never forsaking or abandoning our seeking. Our hope and our praises are in You LORD.
