Today’s Scripture: 2 Samual 15:21, NKJV- “But Ittai answered the king and said, “As the LORD lives, and as my lord the king lives, surely in whatever place my lord the king shall be, whether in death or life, even there also your servant will be.””
Ittai felt this way about an earthly king. How much more are our hearts are filled with this devotion to the King of kings? As You Live LORD, surely in whatever place my LORD is, whether in death or life, even there I, Your servant, will be!
Father God, thank You for always providing a place for me to be. In the hustle and bustle of life I can sometimes be unsure of where to turn. In reality, however, I always have a place to turn and that is Your place Father God. May I look at Your Word and all around with all of my heart, soul, mind and strength and choose to step into Your glorious places.
In Your places, O LORD, I live.
