While facing persecution and death in a Roman prison Paul wrote about praising God. God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing. Long ago, even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes.
He loved us and chose us and shows us His wonderful kindness. Ephesians 1:12 states God’s purpose was that we who trust Christ should praise our glorious God. So in seeking our purpose in this life let’s aim on God’s purpose and praise Him. Now that is a purpose worth living and not one that takes years to figure out.
How simple our creator designed this world that we have complicated. Want to know your purpose? You do, praise your glorious God. In His purpose we find ours. How have you experienced God’s wonderful kindness?
Today’s Prayer: I praise you Father God. You are the glorious God of all creation. Thank You for loving me and adopting me as Your very own. Help me to live Your purpose. Give me my purpose in Yours. Help me to aim on Your purpose full of praise. Amen
