Today’s Scripture: John 3:6-8(ESV) That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
Jesus was explaining to Nicodemus why he came. Jesus came to show us the way. The way to the Kingdom of heaven is beyond flesh; what is of the Spirit is spirit.
What affirmations and promises do you see in these verses?
Examples:
“that which is born of the Spirit”:= I am born of the Spirit.
“you must be born again.” = I am born again.
“The wind blows where it wishes”=
- The Spirit directs me where He wishes.
- I go with the Spirit.
- I am blown away by the Spirit.
- I trust the direction of the Spirit. ( I do not have to understand from where He came or where he is going)

Today’s Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Jesus and Your Holy Spirit to us. Thank You for teaching us to be born again in Your Spirit. Help us to grow and nurture our spirits to go with Your Spirit and not the understanding of our flesh. Help us to increase our living in the Spirit and to recognize the inadequacy of our flesh. Amen

It is so affirming to know that the Spirit has chosen to blow on and bring me to life.
Amen Joseph!We do find life to the fullest when we just go where the Spirit blows don’t we? I have worn myself out going against His winds and feel the power in choosing to go with Him instead of against! We are born again to live in Him and not go back to the fleshly birth. Let’s go with it my brother.
