Today’s Scripture: 1 Corinthians 1:5 ESV- that in every way you were enriched in him in all speech and all knowledge—
I cannot begin to tell you of the enrichments I have found in Jesus Christ. My heart and soul is overflowing with enrichments yet I must trust Him for the speech and knowledge needed to share it.
Where do I find the words? In His Word I find endless enrichments. This first chapter of 1 Corinthians is no exception. Each and every time I go to the Word of God I am enriched. I learn of God’s faithfulness and love for me and all others.
In this same chapter we are told God’s word is folly for those who are perishing but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. I have found power in His Word. Not power over others but His power found in my powerlessness.
Every time and in every way I turn to God, His Son and His Word I am enriched in every way.
Have you been enriched in every way by Jesus Christ?
Today’s Prayer: Father God, thank You for enriching me in every way by Jesus Christ. Thank You for Your Holy Spirit and Your Word to help enrich us and teach us of Your knowledge to save us with Your power. My heart over overflows with enrichment. Thank You for turning my foolishness into wisdom and my weaknesses into strength. Please use me to share Your enrichments. Amen
