- God has changed my heart.
1 Samuel 10:9, NIV- “As Saul turned to leave Samuel, God changed Saul’s heart, and all these signs were fulfilled that day.”
- I am praying in my heart.
1 Samuel 1:13, NIV- “Hannah was praying in her heart, and her lips were moving but her voice was not heard. Eli thought she was drunk.”
- My heart rejoices in the LORD.
1 Samuel 2:1, NKJV- “And Hannah prayed and said: “My heart rejoices in the LORD; My horn is exalted in the LORD. I smile at my enemies because I rejoice in Your salvation.”
- I am returning to the LORD with all my heart.
1 Samuel 7:3, NIV- “So Samuel said to all the Israelites, “If you are returning to the LORD with all your hearts, then rid yourselves of the foreign gods and the Ashtoreths and commit yourselves to the LORD and serve him only, and he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines.”
- God touches our hearts.
1 Samuel 10:26, KJV- “And Saul also went home to Gibeah; and there went with him a band of men, whose hearts God had touched.”
- I am serving the LORD with all my heart.
1 Samuel 12:20, NKJV- “Then Samuel said to the people, “Do not fear. You have done all this wickedness; yet do not turn aside from following the LORD, but serve the LORD with all your heart.
- I am seeking after the LORD’S heart.
1 Samuel 13:14, NKJV- “But now your kingdom shall not continue. The LORD has sought for Himself a man after His own heart, and the LORD has commanded him to be commander over His people, because you have not kept what the LORD commanded you.”
- I am doing all that the LORD has placed in my heart.
1 Samuel 14:7, NKJV- “So his armorbearer said to him, “Do all that is in your heart. Go then; here I am with you, according to your heart.”
Today’s Prayer: LORD, thank You for changing our hearts. Teach us LORD to pray with all our hearts. Our hearts do rejoice when we return to You Father God. Thank You LORD for touching our hearts so we may seek and serve Your heart. Embolden us LORD to do everything You have placed in our hearts. We are praying out of the fullness of our hearts now LORD. Amen.
