Today’s Scripture: 1 Corinthians 4:2, NKJV- “Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful.”
Do you feel you are a steward, the person responsible, for anything or anyone? Here in 1 Corinthians 4 it mentions those who have been entrusted with the mysteries of God.
I only want to be found faithful by God that I continue to share the mystery of His voice in His Word. When I found His voice and my voice in prayer and scripture reading it was like I had de-coded a mystery. I had never “heard” God before and His Word had never been so alive for me.
I have already become rich as mentioned in these verses. My days are still brighter, more meaningful, and more productive when I begin and live my life with God and this, not so mysterious, process. I am not responsible for others and what they do with it. However, I am responsible and entrusted to share the mysteries of God I have experienced.
What mysteries have you been entrusted with?
Today’s Prayer: Father God, I am praising Your name for You are holy. Thank You for Your mysteries that You have revealed to me. LORD, help me to be faithful to give away what You have given to me. Help me to be and do what You desire. Use me LORD. Help me to help others with what You have entrusted to me. You LORD are my only judge. Examine me Father and keep my motives pure. Thank You LORD for granting me Your riches. Help me to be a good steward of the riches You have given me. Amen.
