I am thankful to You LORD that You can comfort my soul even in my multitude of anxieties.

Today’s Scripture: Psalm 94:19, NKJV-“In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul.”

We can face a multitude of anxieties and God is with us in them. Many times the only comfort for our souls is the LORD.  I am thankful that Psalm 94 reminds us that God, who created our ears and our eyes, can certainly hear and see what anxieties we face.

Thank You LORD for granting us relief in our days of trouble and for giving us rest in our days of adversity.  LORD, please continue to teach us Your laws and open up our eyes to blessings. You know our thoughts LORD, please fill us with Your thoughts. Thank You LORD for giving us rest in our days of adversity.

I am praying, as this Psalmist did, that God to turn back the sins of the evil oppressors onto themselves and destroy them. I am also placing my trust, hope, and comfort of my soul in God’s hands.

Will you turn to God in your anxieties today?

Today’s Prayer: LORD God, You are my fortress and the mighty rock in which I can hide. You are my defense and my hope. I am turning to You now LORD in the multitude of my anxieties and I am asking for Your comfort to delight my soul. I do believe LORD God that You, who made the ear, are hearing my prayer now. I am crying out to You and asking You to grant us comfort and to also destroy the evil oppressors. You LORD know evil and we join together in praying to You to destroy evil and provide comfort. Amen
