Today’s Scripture: Psalm 24:3, NIV- “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me”
In the busy demands of our lives we can run past God’s comfort. We think we don’t have time to pause and seek the Creator of the Universe, our Maker. We rush off to activities and jobs that we hope will provide comfort.
We run past the table that God has set for us. At God’s table our cups are already overflowing yet we pass by in hopes to fill our cups. Thank You God for setting this table for us. Thank You God for Your goodness and love that will follow us all the days of our lives that will allow us to dwell in Your house forever.
Thank you God for your faithfulness and for making Your call so simple. When we pause for just a few seconds with You with a little faith You refresh our souls. Thank You God for guiding us along the right paths.

Today’s Prayer: Lord God, You are my shepherd. In You Lord, I have all that I need. Thank You for the peace You provide to me. Thank You for refreshing my soul and guiding me along the right paths. I only fear You Lord and I am praising You for Your comfort You give to me. Thank You for allowing me to join You at Your table. Thank You for overflowing my cup. Thank You for Your goodness and love that will follow me all the days of my life. I am grateful that I will dwell in Your house forever. Amen
