Today’s Scripture: Luke 2:19, ESV-“But Mary treasured up these things in her heart, pondering them in her heart.”
The shepherds went to Bethlehem to see for themselves what had happened. The Shepherds spread the word of what happened and what the angels of the Lord had said to them.
We are told that “Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart.” Do you treasure the good news of Jesus and ponder it in your heart? Do you need to run and go share what you have been told about Jesus?
I pray we do treasure up God’s Word ponder them in our hearts. May we run and share this good news to others so they too will treasure up these things and ponder them in their hearts.
Will you treasure the good news of Jesus Christ inside of you and ponder Him in your heart and then run to share what You have heard from the Lord?
Today’s Prayer: Our Heavenly Father, thank You for Your angels who bring us good news of great joy. I echo their words; Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men; thank You LORD for Your good news. Please help me to treasure and ponder Your Words in my heart. Help me to share the words I have been given and I pray others too find their treasures, ponder them in their hearts, and share the good news they have been given. Amen
