I am grateful for receiving a kingdom that can not be shaken

Today’s Scripture: Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe, Hebrews 12:28 ESV

What is the source of your gratefulness and your thanksgivings? Are you thankful for what you have? Are you thankful for experiences? Are you thankful for others? Do you feel grateful?

In themselves all of these things are cause for thanksgivings however they can and WILL be shaken. If the source of our thanksgivings and gratefulness can be shaken so can our thanksgivings and gratefulness.

Yet, if the source of our gratefulness, the source of our thanksgivings is the holiness of our hallowed God then we have something that can not be shaken by circumstances nor by feelings.

God and His Kingdom are holy. As we strive to lift up the holiness of God we experience awe and life; a life and a kingdom that can not be shaken.

Are you grateful for a kingdom that can not be shaken?

Today’s Prayer: Our Father in Heaven, hallowed be Your name. I praise Your holiness and I am grateful for Your kingdom that comes to us. LORD I pray to live in Your Kingdom and Your will today. Help me LORD to live in You and to turn away from the shallow promises of man. I live in awe and thanksgiving to You Holy Father. Amen
