Today’s Scripture: Proverbs 13:4 ESV: The soul of the sluggard craves and gets nothing, while the soul of the diligent is richly supplied.
What are you craving? Our bodies, our minds and our souls crave. As our mouth’s water how do we fulfill that craving? As our minds dream and expose desires how do we fulfill them? What does your soul crave over all things?
If our souls diligently seek the righteousness of God we are richly filled. May our souls crave the prosperity of God. As our mouths water, as we are tempted to fulfill cravings in unhealthy ways, may we turn that craving to God and diligently pursue Him.
The King James translation of this verse says the soul of the diligent is made fat. That’s it, I want a FAT soul! I pray to diligently crave what God desires for my soul to crave. LORD here is my soul; fill it with Your cravings. Please satisfy my soul richly. My soul craves You.
What does your soul crave?
Today’s Prayer: Father God, thank You for cravings. LORD, thank You for Your faithfulness and provision. Please help me to be diligent in seeking Your will in all of my cravings. I desire You LORD, my soul craves You. Fill me with Your righteousness and Your desires. Keep me near and make my soul fat with Your daily bread. Amen

Affirmations of God

The more we seek Him the more we crave Him! I have found the key to shutting down unhealthy cravings is to seek God before those cravings can arise. My hunger for Him grows and swallows my carnal cravings.
