Today’s Scripture: Luke 2:38 ESV: And coming up at that very hour she began to give thanks to God and to speak of him to all who were waiting for the redemption of Jerusalem.
Anna here in Luke 2 was dedicated to worshiping God. Day and night she worshiped. She was there for others at the very hour she was needed.
Out of worship comes thanksgiving. When we see God in all things in all things we can give thanks. I am thankful to God for friends and family who give what they have. Who worship God and give in love. We need each other for support and confirmation.
I am thankful to experience God and the love of others. I pray to worship God day and night and to be there for others at the right time to give thanks and to lend support.
I will give thanks to God today and tell everyone that He who redeems us has already come. Living in Him we give thanks freely and we are there for others at the perfect time.
Will you give thanks to God today and worship Him by giving to others?
Today’s Prayer: Father God, I praise You and give You thanks. Thank You for loved ones who have given me so much. Thank You for bringing those to us at the perfect time to serve and give out of love. Thank You LORD for filling us with thanksgiving as we worship You. Make me aware of those needing my thanks and support today. Amen

Happy Thanksgiving, Tom! As usual, this was just what I needed today As I started my long list of “to-dos” I promised God to give thanks for everything today…. even for the melting butter exploding in the microwave. Whatever I am given today, I will give thanks.
I will hopefully carry this over to tomorrow, and the next day.
