Today’s Scripture: 1 Corinthians 6:14 NASB: Now God has not only raised the Lord, but will also raise us up through His power.
The same God who raised Jesus will also raise us up through His power. Sometimes we think our sins are somewhat unique and we are uniquely unworthy; NOT true.
1 Corinthians 6:11 NLT states: Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
We are being raised up to be joined in spirit with Him. We are all a part of the body of Christ. We were raised to welcome others who are thinking they are uniquely unworthy. We can uniquely share the power found in God and His Spirit.
Will you call on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ to be raised by the Spirit of our God? Will you share the power of our God so others too may be raised?
Today’s Prayer: Father God, thank You for Your Spirit that raised Jesus and me. I have been joined with You LORD and I am one spirit with You. Help me LORD to stay joined always and to share the Spirit of hope, power and grace You raise us with. I have been raised for Your glory and love. Amen
